Code of Ethics (Ethics Policy)

Code of Ethics and the standards are based on our shared values that help us realize our goal: to be the leading co-operative and foreign customer service organization, based on the open long-term relationships with clients and a professional, open-minded attitude towards work, customer and society.

Ethics policy is to establish general ethical principles that have already been successfully used by businesses and their employees Latvian, etc. countries, compliance with these principles in their daily activities. This policy serves as a basis for Brick & Smiles instructions and procedures to determine more precisely the application of policies in different areas, situations and processes. All the policy principles and the obligations imposed relating to any Brick & Smiles employees.

The Code provides us with guidance on how to handle different situations. It protects us and determine the boundaries between acceptable and unacceptable behavior. Code principles apply to all of us, to you and me, without exception. Situations where we may be confronted with the behavior of the borderline between acceptable and unacceptable, it is very different. Therefore, the Code can not provide precise instructions for all possible situations. Instead, the Code provides the necessary principles that can be used, relying on your common sense.

We firmly believe that we can achieve our goal only if our actions and work of rolling in accordance with this Code.

We won’t toss with empty words. And keep promises.

 

A. Our responsibility for our values and the law

Code of Ethics is based on the Brick & Smiles shared values. All Brick & Smiles employees, without exception, their job duties are carried out in accordance with this Code.

Brick & Smiles engage only in activities that meet the legislation set out in LR.

 

B. Our responsibility to each other

We appreciate the differences in people and encourage fair treatment and equal opportunities for recruitment, remuneration, professional development and our employees' progress up the career ladder, regardless of their race, religion, political opinion, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, family or health condition.

We respect our employees' right to privacy with regard to confidentiality and the need for a healthy balance between business and private life.

 

C. Our responsibility to our customers, business partners, in front of and avoidance of conflicts of interest

 

Brick & Smiles any business in compliance with the principles of righteousness. Wherever we work, we adhere to high standards of business ethics and fair treatment to all our business partners. For example, this means that we guarantee the confidentiality of Brick & Smiles and our business partners, trade secrets and other confidential information relating to the business, which has come to our knowledge of their job.

Avoiding conflicts of interest:

We are honest and ethical to participate in the competition and work in accordance with the applicable competition laws. We try to avoid situations where our personal interests may conflict with the Brick & Smiles interests.

Our customer relationships are built on honesty and trust.

D. Our public accountability

Aware of the role of real estate of each person's personal and public life also, we have developed high levels of service.

1.1. Serving residential property broker may not give information related to racial, religious or ethnic composition of a specific area, thus leading to panic selling process. Broker must provide demographic information on non-discrimination.

1.2. Broker may not print, display orotherwise distribute any communication, advertising, showing any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, marital status, nationality.

1.3. Broker may not use the property without the agreement of the owner and written authorization.

 

E. Our liability for these policies and standards

As mentioned throughout the document above, these policies and standards are vital to the progress of the company's vision, strategic goals, high customer satisfaction and company level. Therefore, each employee is the most direct responsibility to follow these basic values, standards and regulations.

Each case, failure to comply with Brick & Smiles Board will consider individually.
